My favorite thing about Grove City College is...
the community that the staff, students, and faculty foster. For example, when I first stepped on campus I felt like I was surrounded by family. I also appreciated that the campus would challenge me holistically as a student. For instance, I found academics to be challenging when I observed classes, I found that the campus would always challenge me socially as well as there are many activities to do on campus, and finally, I found that the campus would challenge me spiritually as well with chapel requirements and other ways to get involved in this specific interest. I hope you find this sense of community and challenges when you first step on campus!
After college, I want to...
pursue pediatric oncological social work. This passion first started when I started to teach swim lessons as well as see my uncle go through brain cancer. So, I want to merge these two interests together as I want to continue working with children and help others dealing with cancer.
When I was looking for a college, I wish I had been told...
that it will be hard, but you can do anything you set your mind to as long as you believe in yourself and work hard.
