The campus community. I really like the small school vibe because it feels like we're all in this together. All the professors genuinely care about the wellbeing of their students. On a more tangible level, I love being on campus in the spring. Everything starts blooming and the sunsets over the quad are beautiful!
I'm definitely going into some form of engineering but I'm still figuring out what I want to specialize in. Ideally, I'd like to work on projects that would help people. Currently, I'm interested in aerospace engineering and biomedical engineering.
I enjoy hanging out with my friends and just chilling. Sometimes we go on late night trips for breakfast food or just hang out and watch some tv. Usually, some type of homework is being completed as well.
I was really nervous going into my freshman year because it felt like such a massive transition and change in my life. I wish someone had told me that it's not as scary as I think it's gonna be because everyone around you is in that same transition period as well. It's nice knowing that everyone has to work to adjust their first semester. Often times, this adjustment period leads to some very fun and interesting encounters and conversations with your peers.
